Caitlin M. Heflin

Caitlin is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and holds a BFA in Dance Performance and a BA in Economics from Southern Methodist University (SMU). She has performed professionally for Thodos Dance Chicago, Vincent Paterson, Chard Gonzalez Dance Theatre, Louise Reichlin & Dancers, and is a current company member with Seda Aybay's Kybele Dance Theater as well as performing with Jana Taylor & Dancers. Her own choreography has debuted at the New Shoes Series, MixMatch Dance Festival, and SYNTHESIS V. She is a dedicated dance instructor with years of experience teaching Vaganova-based ballet in Nashville, Dallas, Chicago, and Los Angeles. She believes that all young dancers have the right to quality technical dance education, and strives to educate her students on the technique, artistry, and joy of dancing. She is so happy to be a part of the MMSDance family.
