Angela Merrill: Studio Manager

Angela has grown up here at MMSdance. As one of the granddaughters of Marrillyn McDowell, she is proud to continue the legacy of educating dancers in her favorite style: Tap. Angela has been a guest choreographer and summer intensive instructor at Millikan, Cabrillo, Los Alamitos, and other local high schools. Angela worked at the Disneyland Resort starting as a dancer in A Christmas Fantasy Parade, Parade of Dreams, and the world famous Electrical Parade. At Disneyland, Angela also performed as atmosphere talent, and was used in both special events and film shoots for the company. Angela recently graduated from CSUN with a BA in Deaf Studies and is currently working on her teaching credential at CSULB for American Sign Language.
